Description Job Vacancy brief: The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The HR Assistant is also tasked with updating all relevant details in the HR system. Job Vacancy Skills and Qualifications: • Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field. • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws. • Familiarity with HR systems and databases is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy. Job Vacancy main responsibilities: • Under supervision of the HR Manager, maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) • Updating the HR database and employees’ files to facilitate HR processes management. Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, resignations, vacation and sick leaves). • Post vacancies on various recruitment and social media website Screens CVs, contact candidates, handle the screening and telephone interviews. • Schedule the HR & Technical interviews. • Preparing employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements in order to ensure local labor law and company policies compliance. • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding presentation and explaining company policies. • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, and leaves. • Following up on all expiring staff contracts and to inform the HR Specialist in order to leave enough time to discuss with relevant department managers whether to renewal or look for other alternatives. • Additional HR/ Admin tasks delegated by the HR Manager& the HR specialist. • Ensure that all the above details are updated accurately and promptly in the HR system. • Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as delegated by the HR Manager and HR Specialist. • Job Vacancy location (Office): • Amman Years of experiences • 0- 2 years Salary: • Depends on the years of experience Number of Vacancies: • 1 Employment Status: • Full Time
