Job description

  • §Preparing and implementing HR laws and updating them when needed.
  • §Preparing HR related lists and forms.
  • §Preparing internal laws in accordance with the local labor law and as approved by the Ministry of Labor.
  • §Preparing job descriptions for all vacancies in the company.
  • §Update and follow-up employee records.

Requirements- BA in Business, HR, or any related field.

- 3-5 years experience.

- Excellent knowledge of HR functions such as: pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
