Job Scope:
seeking an experienced HR and Admin Director with outstanding skills to manage our Human Capital endeavors and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the HR Director and Admin. shall include but not limited to managing and leading the HR and Admin. Dept., supporting employee competencies and development, enhancing job satisfaction and employees’ engagement, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, mitigating risk, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall company and employees’ needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ï· Develops strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the Company’s strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with the Company’s objectives.

ï· Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, competency mapping and structure for all levels, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.

ï· Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; resolving problems; implementing change.

ï· Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

ï· Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.

ï· Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

ï· Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

ï· Oversees all matters relating to the Admin. Function to include but not limited to, Safety and Security, Assets, Facilities, Front Desks, Supply Resource and Storage Management, Insurance and Archives.

ï· Complies with Jordan labor laws, Social Security and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

ï· Enhances department and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

ï· Master’s degree is required;

ï· Technical degree or certification in related field with significant applicable experience is preferred.

Experience:

ï· Minimum of 10 years of HR and Admin. experience (Strategic and Operational)

ï· Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams and being in a leadership role.

ï· Proven track record of :

- Significant management experience and meeting ethical and confidentiality guidelines.

- Managing and communicating organizational change.

- Developing effective HR and Admin. Strategies, Policies and Procedures along with programs to support the initiatives of an organization.

Related Skills or Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to manage high energy teams; prioritize and oversee multiple activities in a fluid and dynamic environment. Detail oriented, excellent problem-solving skills and highly organized. Strong knowledge and experience of HRIS Systems, Jordan Labor Law, Social Security and Regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluency in Arabic and English.
