Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job:
The HRBP MENA serves as the primary HR partner for managers and teams across the region, ensuring effective people practices that support business objectives. The role oversees management-level recruitment, performance and talent processes, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning, while ensuring policy consistency and compliance across MENA offices.
Key Tasks:
Business Partnering & Advisory
⦁Serve as the primary HR consultant for managers and leadership in the MENA region.
⦁Ensure reporting line clarity, policy adherence, and alignment of people decisions with business needs.
⦁Support organizational structure changes and team effectiveness.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Management Roles)
⦁Lead sourcing, screening, and HR interviews for management/senior roles.
⦁Coordinate technical interviews and support decision calibration.
⦁Provide recommendations on offers, compensation, and internal equity.
Performance Management Leadership
⦁Facilitate goal-setting, reviews, and continuous feedback for management teams.
⦁Lead 360-feedback, PIPs, and performance documentation for regional teams.
⦁Drive promotions, succession discussions, and readiness assessments.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
⦁Lead grievance handling, conflict mediation, and disciplinary processes.
⦁Support investigations, documentation, and case closure.
⦁Provide coaching, counseling, and manager support on ER issues.
Learning & Talent Development
⦁Identify training needs for management roles and support IDPs.
⦁Facilitate leadership, soft skills, and development programs in the region.
⦁Track certification updates, training completions, and skill gaps.
Compensation & Benefits Partnering
⦁Validate benchmarking insights and compensation recommendations.
⦁Support merit increases, promotions, and internal equity decisions.
⦁Advise employees and managers on benefits, policies, and entitlements.
Engagement, Culture & Change Support
⦁Lead engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition workflows, and culture programs.
⦁Support action planning and follow-up for regional engagement results.
⦁Facilitate communication and change readiness during organizational changes.
Workforce Planning & Analytics
⦁Provide insights on headcount, turnover, talent gaps, and workforce risks.
⦁Support succession planning, talent pipeline development, and workforce segmentation.
⦁Deliver regional reports on KPIs, diversity metrics, and organizational trends.
Regional HR Compliance
⦁Ensure local labor law adherence (Qatar, Jordan, UAE, KSA).
⦁Support compliance documentation, audits, and government interactions.
⦁Guide managers on policy interpretation and legal requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role. Experience supporting multi-country or regional HR operations (preferably MENA). Proven experience handling employee relations, performance management, and management-level recruitment.
Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of MENA labor laws (Qatar, Jordan, UAE, KSA preferred). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism.
