Responsibilities :
üDevelop the HR strategic plan and align it with the company’s overall objectives.
üDesign and implement compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness, competitiveness, and financial sustainability.
üReview promotion plans and succession planning for critical positions to ensure continuity and talent sustainability.
üDevelop and update internal HR policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations.
üSupervise the preparation and execution of the HR budget, including payroll, recruitment, training, and other organizational activities.
üLead initiatives to improve the work environment and develop employee engagement and motivation programs that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
üRepresent the HR department before governmental and regulatory authorities regarding labor issues and inspections.
üAdditional tasks to be discussed during the interview.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication,
problem-solving, and leadership skills.
