IT Officer

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an Officer - IT (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your job:

·Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.

·Lead process reengineering initiatives from conception through implementation.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process challenges

·Design optimized workflows, procedures, and process maps using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).

·Acting as first level support of receiving all end user requests, filtering, resolving requests and escalating unsolved requests to the IT personnel according to priority.

·Participate in the writing of documentation of standard procedures and common IT support issues.

·Create, develop and maintain reports to improve the monitoring of applications ensuring effectiveness in line with departmental policies and customer needs.

·Acquire, develop and maintain technical and product knowledge in pursuance of your objectives.

·Assess technical feasibility and needs to answer business requirements presented by IT Management for technical analysis and by technical teams.

·Responsible for achieving and maintaining performance and availability of all services according to defined objectives.

·Responsible for the IT inventory check and ensure availability of IT equipment to make sure the business is not affected

·Responsible for preparing all IT Purchase Orders, official letters, maintenance contracts according to IT Management requests and making sure to archive such according to Company Policy and IT department procedure.

·Responsible for checking end user support privileges such as access on systems, devices, websites, etc. to make sure that these privileges are in line with the assigned end user authority matrix.

Your profile:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or any related field.

·Fresh Graduate to two years overall IT experience and process efficiency.

·Experience in supporting Windows Client & servers in a corporate environment.

·Knowledge of IT trends and developments.

·Structured, analytical and results oriented approach

·Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
