Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and report issues to senior team members.
Support troubleshooting efforts for network connectivity problems and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in the documentation of network configurations and operational procedures.
Assist in managing network security measures and monitoring tools.
Engage in training sessions and development programs to enhance your technical skills.
Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to support network improvements.
Class A Health Insurance Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in network engineering or related IT roles.
Basic understanding of networking principles, protocols, and devices (e.
g., TCP/IP, routers, switches).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (in progress or completed) are a plus.
