  • Description: Responsibilities
    •Support day-to-day supply chain planning, coordination, and reporting activities across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions
    •Analyze operational data using Excel and Power BI to generate accurate dashboards, reports, and performance insights
    •Assist in process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and supporting automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
    •Prepare clear and professional presentations in PowerPoint for internal reviews and management updates
    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of supply chain activities and issue resolution
    •Maintain data accuracy across Microsoft 365 tools and support continuous improvement of reporting and tracking mechanisms
    Qualifications
    •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
    •0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related analytical role
    •Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
    •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is an advantage
    •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
    •Jordanian nationality, based in Amman, with flexibility and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia as required
