  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT field
  • 5+ years of experience as a key Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with IT services (Software engineering, DevOps & Infrastructure, QA)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and services
  • Proven ability to spearhead multiple account management projects at a time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field
Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact point for all account related matters
  • Build and maintain fruitful, long lasting client partnerships
  • Maintain a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and successful delivery according to clients’ needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives internally and for the client
  • Log and track potentials in CRM
  • Create and maintain stakeholder heat map at assigned accounts
  • Maintain organic growth by identifying additional areas of engagement
  • Track and forecast key account metrics (Resources Deployments, Budgets, Growth forecast)
  • Manage client’s requests and escalations
  • Build capability in identified areas through hiring, training etc...
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure high level engagement for deployed staff
