The Role


The Marketing Executive will provide support within the departments by assisting with the implementation, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s marketing strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets. 


As a Marketing Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and below are some of theKey Responsibilities:


·Work closely with The Director of Marketing in the day-to-day tasks to ensure the preparation, utilization and update of the hotel's Marketing Plan and social media plan.


·Ensure hotel website content is relevant, up-to-date, and optimized.


·Assist in the implementation of the hotel's Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).


·Ensure the communication activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.


·Attend regular departmental marketing communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.


·Monitor all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in foreign and local media and on social portals, and applying proper standard responses and feedback.


·Keep up-to-date with industry news, trends, issues site features and best practices on E marketing essentials.


·Work closely together with other Departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs through various communication methods.

            ·B.A in Marketing or E-Commerce


            ·1-3 years of experience in hospitality sector


            ·Excellent Copywriting skills


           ·Experience in handling social media accounts


           ·Fluent in both English and Arabic Languages


           ·Quick learner


          ·Creative … Energetic… open-minded
