Project Manager - Biomedical

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of medical projects, including clinical initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, IT systems implementation, and medical equipment roll-outs.

• Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor and track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Monitor and control project cost.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, including local laws, data privacy, and safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly updating progress, challenges, and changes.

• Coordinate with clinical staff, administration, vendors, and external partners.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for executive leadership.

• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering,

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, is preferable.

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in a medical or healthcare environment.

• Strong understanding of Clinical workflows, medical technology, or healthcare regulations.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
