Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative with a focus on SaaS and the Gulf market, you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads within the specified region. Operating from either Jordan or Lebanon, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about the SAAS products or services, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the SaaS sector in the Gulf market
- Reach out to leads through cold calling, email, and other channels
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers
- Educate leads about the company's SaaS products or services
- Set up appointments or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies for the Gulf market
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Good understanding of SaaS products and services
- Familiarity with the Gulf market and its business landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
