We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth in cybersecurity services.
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation for enterprise and mid-market clients.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to engage decision-makers and book qualified meetings across cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Identify and engage key stakeholders (CISO, IT, Risk, Compliance) Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM Track activities, deals, and pipeline stages in HubSpot Understand and communicate cybersecurity solutions including: GRC Managed SOC (M-SOC) Cybersecurity Assurance & Risk Services Meet or exceed monthly SQL and activity targets Fully remote role Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Clear growth path into Account Executive or Sales roles Exposure to high-value cybersecurity enterprise deals Supportive, fast-growing team environment 1–3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR (B2B preferred) Exposure to cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sales Understanding of GRC, SOC, or security services is a strong plus Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative conversations Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
