Supervise the review of daily reports on schedules and timelines for customer payments.
Submit reports on achieved sales and ensure the sales plan is executed as required.
Follow up on the collection of payments from customers to ensure timely receipt.
Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team, review reports, and ensure progress aligns with sales targets.
Set quarterly sales targets to adjust team objectives.
Review monthly sales reports, compare them with set objectives, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
Build and strengthen customer relationships through visits and meetings.
Coordinate with the accounting department regarding collection policies, account management, and credit limits.

Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and evaluate their performance.
Ensure post-sales services, maintain constant communication with customers, and address their complaints.
Prepare and submit necessary monthly reports to the direct supervisor.
