Job Description

  • Perform tasks assigned according to work plans, policies, and procedures of the Sales Department to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the department’s annual plans by studying market requirements and tracking customer requests.
  • Implement and enforce sales policies and activities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Determine and regulate sales prices in the local market by comparing them with competitors’ prices.
  • Monitor the execution of the annual sales plan, ensuring necessary measures are taken to meet required sales targets.
  • Oversee the work of the sales team, ensuring adherence to plans and assigned tasks, to maintain continuous success.
  • Study the market to identify new sales opportunities, prepare pricing and marketing plans, estimate projected sales volume, and introduce new markets while defining distribution channels.
  • Organize training courses and workshops for the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Supervise the review of daily reports on schedules and timelines for customer payments.
  • Submit reports on achieved sales and ensure the sales plan is executed as required.
  • Follow up on the collection of payments from customers to ensure timely receipt.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team, review reports, and ensure progress aligns with sales targets.
  • Set quarterly sales targets to adjust team objectives.
  • Review monthly sales reports, compare them with set objectives, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through visits and meetings.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department regarding collection policies, account management, and credit limits.
  • Oversee customer negotiations on sales contracts according to approved pricing policies.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure post-sales services, maintain constant communication with customers, and address their complaints.
  • Prepare and submit necessary monthly reports to the direct supervisor.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Pre-Sales, Services, Project Implementation) to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve any obstacles facing the sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team acquires required certifications from suppliers to secure the company’s top representation status with suppliers.
