Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you will play a critical role in shaping our employee value proposition across ME and Pakistan. Responsibilities:


Compensation Strategy and Management:


  • Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that align with business goals and local market conditions.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Design and manage salary structures, pay scales, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees on compensation and benefits matters.

Benefits Management:


  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure benefits offerings are competitive.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to negotiate and manage benefits plans.
  • Educate employees about benefits options and provide guidance on enrollment processes.

Performance Management:


  • Develop and implement performance management systems that support business objectives and employee development.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure performance evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.
  • Design and administer incentive and recognition programs that drive performance and reward excellence.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership  on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and effectiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS and other tools to manage and analyze compensation and benefits data.

Policy Development and Compliance:


  • Develop and maintain fit for purpose compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.
