What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps applications.
Develop Model-Driven apps with AI features for predictive insights and intelligent data handling.
Configure AI-powered agents to enhance end-user productivity within applications.
Implement Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
Write advanced Power Fx formulas to implement complex business logic.
Design, implement, and monitor automated workflows using Power Automate, including scheduled, approval-based, and integration flows with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and external APIs.
Apply advanced error handling, retries, and performance best practices in workflow design.
Design data models and create Power BI reports and dashboards; manage datasets, workspaces, security (Row-Level Security), and refresh strategies.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and configure gateways where applicable.
Design scalable Power Platform solution architectures and implement ALM practices across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Manage solutions, versioning, deployments, and ensure maintainability and consistency across environments.
Apply enterprise governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, licensing models, and usage monitoring.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards, identifying risks and recommending improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Strong expertise in Canvas and Model-Driven app development, AI integration, and responsive design.
Advanced knowledge of Power Fx and Dataverse configuration (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles).
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise workflows, integration with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and external APIs.
Strong data modeling and reporting skills in Power BI, including DAX, Row-Level Security, and performance optimization.
Experience with ALM practices, solution deployment, version control, and environment management.
Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, security, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex integrations and automation.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
