Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack)

The Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software applications across both frontend and backend layers. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership in architecture, implementation, and quality assurance. It also contributes to continuous improvement, code excellence, and mentorship within the engineering team to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack Development & Architecture

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Contribute to architectural planning, system design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

2. Backend Engineering & Integration

• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal and third-party services.
• Work with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or Laravel.
• Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for reliability and
• efficiency.

3. Frontend Engineering & User Experience

• Build responsive, interactive interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ensure consistent user experience across browsers and devices through clean UI and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with design teams to transform UX/UI prototypes into functional applications.

4. DevOps, Security & Reliability

• Implement CI/CD workflows, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Apply secure coding standards and web security best practices (authentication, authorization, OWASP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring uptime and performance optimization.

5. Mentorship & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support sprint planning, architectural discussions, and delivery alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

6 to 10 years of experience in full-stack software development, including proven experience

building and maintaining production-grade systems.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in both frontend (React, Vue, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel) frameworks.
• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and web application security standards.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
