We will count on you to:
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you will be expected to:

- Manage and lead a team of translators, providing guidance, support, and quality control to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Manage expectations of clients and internal teams regarding translation timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Handle high volumes of translation work while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Develop and implement processes to improve translation workflows and team productivity.
- Maintain strong organization and time management practices to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality translation services aligned with Mercer’s standards and values.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional translation experience, specifically English-Arabic and Arabic-English.
- Proficiency in Trados CAT Tool is required.
- Preferred experience or knowledge in consulting or related professional services.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong skills in expectation management with clients and stakeholders.
