Job Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced data mining/analysis using state-of-the-art methods
  • Establish and schedule the data analysis approach in conjunction with the business unit
  • Develop data extraction (reduction) and analysis techniques for data from the company's repositories
  • Develop and apply complex statistical models and innovative data visualizations to discover hidden insights and reveal business value
  • Expose comprehensive results, advise on way forward to a senior management/executive audience by translating data-driven insights into clear decisions and action plans
  • Create and deliver data driven products (like automated decision systems, AI based anomaly detection, etc) and execute corresponding performance monitoring until industrializing phase
  • Provide expertise to foster the adoption of advanced data analysis techniques (analytics) for all types of data with the company and work with the professions to co-construct the work tools of the future
  • Experience in at least one of the Data visualization package, library or tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, Qlick, Elastic, ect, or Query languages sucha s SQL, Hive
  • Experience in Common data science toolkits, such as R, Python Data Science Libraries, MatLab, etc

RequirementsJob Specifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Software IT sector
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
  • Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPY, MatLab, etc
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc
  • Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySql, etc
  • Good applied statistics skills such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc
  • PowerBI experience is a plus
  • Experience with cloud based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Data-oriented personality
