Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a significant product area, drive the roadmap and deliver high-impact features.
This person will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, execute with an agile mindset and measure success with data.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and has the ability to balance immediate outcomes with long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key domain, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives: ideation, prioritization, user stories, agile sprint execution, launch and iteration.
Use data and analytics tools to measure product performance, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate based on results.
Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, data science/analytics, operations, marketing) to deliver value.
Influence stakeholders, present product strategy and roadmap to leadership, align teams, manage trade-offs.
Mentor and support junior product colleagues; contribute to product culture, agile practices and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce or food-delivery context (or similarly scaled environment).
Proven track-record of delivering consumer-facing products end to end.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable using SQL / data visualization / analytics tools (e.
g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) to drive decisions.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories and product delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to distill complex ideas into clear requirements and strategic story.
Passion for user experience, experimentation mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Nice to Have Experience with marketplaces, logistics/last-mile delivery, or food-tech platforms.
Familiarity with OKRs, squad/tribe structures or product frameworks used at high-growth tech companies.
Previous exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and scalable analytics.
Experience working across different geographies or culturally distributed teams.
