As a Strategy Consultant at the Manager level, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, working closely with top management and C-suite executives of leading organizations across diverse industries. Your role will involve developing strategic roadmaps, market entry, and expansion strategies, and guiding clients through transformation and growth initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of strategic management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Development:
- Lead the end-to-end formulation of corporate and departmental strategies aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive environmental scans, including PESTLE and competitive analysis, to inform strategic priorities.
- Develop and refine short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps, ensuring resource alignment and feasibility.
Business Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze market trends, industry disruptions, and internal performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior leadership, enabling data-backed strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of strategy with operational goals.
- Facilitate strategy workshops to align cross-functional teams on priorities and performance goals.
Risk Management & Mitigation:
- Proactively assess risks associated with proposed strategies and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitor strategic initiatives to identify deviations from the planned course and recommend corrective actions.
Execution & Monitoring:
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all strategic initiatives.
- Work with project management teams to oversee implementation, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
- Continuously review strategy outcomes, providing adjustments and updates based on real-time feedback.
Qualifications:- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management, Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar.
- Degree from top local universities or overseas education from top-tier universities.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience, with proven experience in strategy consulting, preferably with firms like BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or reputable boutique firms.
- Proven managerial experience in a client-facing and people management role.
- Previous experience working in GCC is preferred, with a strong understanding of the local business environment, culture, and regulations.
