Job Objectives:                                                                  


The Videographer & Editor is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s branding, marketing goals, and campaign objectives. This role manages the full video production process, from pre-production planning and on-site shooting to editing and delivery. By combining technical expertise with creative vision, the Videographer & Editor ensures that all content produced is polished, on-brand, and optimized for social media, internal communications, and marketing platforms.


Responsibilities and Duties:


1.Video Production & Shooting


• Operate professional video, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality content.


• Scout, prepare, and set up shooting locations, ensuring optimal lighting and sound conditions.


• Record a variety of footage, including interviews, b-roll, promotional videos, training material, and live events.


• Knowledge in cinematic Lighting techniques


2.Post-Production & Editing


• Edit and finalize video content using industry-standard software.


• Add motion graphics, titles, music, and sound effects as needed.


• Perform color correction/grading and audio enhancement to ensure professional output.


• Organize and archive raw and edited footage systematically.


3.Creative Collaboration & Visual Storytelling


• Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and directors to understand project goals and visual tone.


• Participate in brainstorming and storyboarding sessions.


• Ensure all video content supports campaign messaging and brand identity.


4.Project Management & Timely Delivery


• Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.


• Ensure all video outputs align with internal expectations and brand standards.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, Multimedia Production, or a related field.


Years of Experience: 


Minimum of 4 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in a marketing or creative production environment.


Behavioral Requirements/Competencies:


•Proficient in operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.


• Skilled in visual storytelling, pacing, and video structuring.


• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving in production settings.


• Reliable time management and organizational skills.


• Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic team environments.


Technical Requirements:


• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, or equivalent video editing software.


• Experience with video editing, basic sound mixing, and post-productionworkflows.


• Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to translate messaging into compelling visuals.
