Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the vibrant hospitality sector in Kuwait. This role is essential for supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing any guest concerns.
3. Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
4. Implement marketing initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
5. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
7. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
8. Assist in budgeting and financial planning to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
9. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
10. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
