Job Description

The B2B Key Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company within the home and office furniture sector. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who possesses a strong background in account management and a passion for building long-term relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align client needs with our offerings, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of key clients.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
  9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and build brand awareness.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account management activities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  3. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
