Banquet Supervisor

Are you an organized and service-focused professional with experience in event operations? We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor who will support the smooth execution of banquets, meetings, and special events by coordinating teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every function.


A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


  • Supervising banquet service operations during conferences, weddings, and special events.
  • Assisting in the setup of banquet halls, meeting rooms, and function areas as per approved BEOs.
  • Briefing banquet associates on service flow, timing, and guest expectations.
  • Ensuring high standards of food and beverage service throughout events.
  • Monitoring cleanliness, setup standards, and overall presentation of function areas.
  • Supporting the Banquet Captain in coordinating with Culinary, Stewarding, Sales, and Events teams.
  • Handling guest requests and concerns professionally during events.
  • Assisting with staff duty allocation and on-the-job training.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Supporting post-event breakdown and reset of banquet venues.

What we need from you:


  • Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or Senior Banquet Waiter, preferably in a hotel or large banquet operation.
  • Good knowledge of banquet service procedures, setups, and event operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
