Job Summary

The Planning & Budget Officer supports departmental planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring. The role involves preparing budgets and business plans, tracking expenditures and KPIs, coordinating with internal departments, and preparing financial and management reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year business plans
  • Monitor budget utilization, expenditures, AFEs, and KPIs
  • Track actual costs versus budget and prepare variance reports
  • Process contractor invoices and support accruals and reporting
  • Coordinate with departments for planning, budgeting, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Companies
  • English proficiency (Intermediate level)
