Role Summary:


As Business Change Consultant, you will play a key role in driving system integrations, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and other IT-related applications. This role supports operational teams through the full lifecycle of integration and change—from planning and testing to implementation, training, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in WMS and EDI integrations, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly guidance.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead system integrations, migrations, and EDI implementations across WMS (Infor) and related IT applications.
  • Manage end-to-end EDI project delivery in collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers, Operations, IT teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between technical requirements and operational needs throughout integration projects.
  • Drive the implementation of CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) in WMS and IT-related areas.
  • Develop and execute user-friendly test scripts to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to validate system readiness.
  • Identify issues early, troubleshoot effectively, and coordinate resolution with IT and vendor teams.
  • Create clear, concise, and structured process documentation, SOPs, and step-by-step work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate, updated records of configurations, testing outcomes, and project changes.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to operational teams, enabling confident and efficient system usage.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition and timely issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all stages to drive engagement and ensure adoption of new processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system performance in line with global strategy.
  • Apply data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Support the organization in achieving greater efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business change, transformation, or project delivery.
  • Strong background in WMS (preferably Infor) and IT system integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of EDI principles, mapping, and implementation processes.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, (Testing, QA, and defect management)
  • Experience documenting business processes, technical workflows, and user instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
