Key Responsibilities
People & Culture (HR Focus)

Lead organizational development initiatives to strengthen culture, performance, and engagement.

Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
•
Oversee performance management systems and ensure alignment with company objectives.
•
Partner with leadership to design incentive structures, reward programs, and development pathways.
•
Translate organizational strategy into actionable sales and operational plans.
•
Drive business performance through workforce optimization, efficiency, and process improvements.
•
Partner with business unit leaders to align people strategy with revenue and growth targets.
•
Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure sales operations, service delivery, and customer experience are consistently executed at high standards.
•
Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline health, and operational metrics to ensure business goals are achieved.
Qualifications
•
10+ years of leadership experience in HR, sales, or operations, preferably in fast-scaling or technology-driven companies.
•
Strong background in people leadership with proven experience aligning talent strategies to commercial outcomes.
•
Solid understanding of sales processes, business operations, and organizational design.
•
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
