Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing the efficient filing, tracking, and processing of contracts,
ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Key responsibilities
include preparing and renewing contracts, collaborating with sales and legal teams, and
maintaining a database to track contract statuses and ensure timely renewals. The role also
involves working with system developers to streamline and automate the contract management
process.
Job Functions:
1. Manage the systematic filing and archiving of contracts and related documents to ensure
easy retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.
2. Verify legal documents for accuracy and completeness before processing orders to
ensure all contractual obligations are met.
3. Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the renewal of contracts, ensuring all terms
are updated and accurately reflected.
4. Prepare new and renewal contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly
defined and aligned with company policies.
5. Track and report on the status of contracts, including new, renewed, valid, and expired
contracts.
6. Maintain a database of contract expiry dates and proactively follow up with the sales
team to manage timely renewals.
7. Collaborate with legal advisors to review and confirm contract terms and conditions,
ensuring compliance and addressing any legal issues.
8. Collaborate with system developers to align and automate the contract management
process.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Languages: English and/or Arabic
Experience required:
3-5 Years or more experience in contract management or a related field.
Proven ability to handle filing, archiving, and verifying legal documents.
Experience working with sales teams on contract renewals and preparing new contracts.
Proficiency in tracking contract statuses and managing expiry dates.
Collaboration experience with legal advisors and system developers for process
alignment.
Career Level: Junior Level (minimum 3-years’ experience required)
