Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Supervisor Location: Camp Arifjan and Camp Buehring, Kuwait Security Clearance Required: Active U.

S. Citizen Position Overview The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Emergency Operations Center Technicians and ensuring the smooth, continuous operation of the EOC.
The EOC Supervisor maintains personnel accountability, directs day-to-day activities within the center, and ensures compliance with all instructions and directives from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) .
This position plays a key role in emergency response coordination, incident tracking, and operational reporting, ensuring that all events, alerts, and incidents are logged, communicated, and acted upon in accordance with established procedures and battle drills.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and maintain accountability of all Emergency Operations Center Technicians.
Comply with all instructions and guidance provided by the COR.
Maintain a DA Form 1594 (Daily Staff Journal or Duty Officer’s Log) documenting all significant occurrences during each 24-hour shift.
Assist U.S. Government personnel with receiving, reacting to, and reporting Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) , Serious Incident Reports (SIRs) , and Other Reportable Incidents (ORIs) .
Manage and direct response forces in coordination with the Government, ensuring timely and effective incident response per established battle drills.
Monitor and operate the WAVES system , SIPR and NIPR networks, radio systems, and other communication and automation equipment to ensure continuous situational awareness.
Support tracking of off-camp operations, including conducting regular radio checks with checkpoints and monitoring movements along designated routes.
Maintain familiarity with all relevant regulations, ASG-KU Command policies, higher headquarters directives, and operational orders.
Answer phones and respond to EOC communications promptly, taking appropriate action and notifying relevant personnel as required.
Ensure accountability and proper maintenance of all assigned communications and operational equipment.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications for recordkeeping, communication, and reporting requirements.
U.S. citizen. Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Minimum of 4 years of honorable military service , demonstrated by DD-214 (or equivalent FVEY document).
Military experience may be waiverable in special circumstances with COR approval.
Prior experience as an officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer (E-7 or higher), or as a team leader in the armed forces, law enforcement, or private security operations in a contingency environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer).
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with proven ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-critical environments.
