We are a people-powered business. So, we’re looking for an F&B Hostess who creates a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. Someone with a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality — ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional and courteous manner.
Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal seating.
Communicating effectively with the service and kitchen teams to coordinate seating and service timing.
Providing accurate information about restaurant offerings, menus, promotions, and special events.
Monitoring the dining area to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, addressing queries promptly.
Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards at the entrance and hostess desk.
Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating concerns when required.
Supporting the service team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and confident guest-facing presence.
Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
