Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
3. Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
5. Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing the company's financial position.
6. Coordinate and support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
7. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

9. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
