Team Size : 4(Head of Accounts & 3 Accountants)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
· Ensure proper Inter group Adjustments
· Finalisation of books of Accounts
· Liaising with the Auditors
· Developing Policies and Internal Controls
· Allocate individual responsibility to the team
· Trouble shooting accounting issues
· Finalising Salary Computation
· Review Compliance
Investments:
· Review group Investments
· Identify Investment opportunities , especially in Real Estate and Private equity
· Develop Asset Allocation and Risk Return Matrix
· Develop tactical and strategic plan
· Develop appropriate monitoring mechanism
· Develop In house research capabilities
Corporate Finance
· Structuring Investments
· Liaising with Bankers
· Cash Flow management
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Required experience of 10-15 years
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting along with CA/CFA/CPA certifications
· Required to Travel
