The installation specialist is responsible for managing and supervising the project implementation. He/she will be responsible for supervising a team of technical staff to make sure that projects goals are being achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Technically implementing the operational plans.
• Acting as technical adviser in the project site.
• Suggesting new steps, processes, or innovative ideas to help in maximizing profits, minimizing the cost, or optimizing the workflow.
• Abiding to the project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Supporting in controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Playing an active role in developing project operational objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Maintaining project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Being legally, socially, and environmentally responsible acting as an ambassador presenting the professional and health image of Alghanim Industries.
• Being always customer-oriented and providing the highest level of service to the company customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 7 to 9 years of experience in a related field.
• Creativity: Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
• Analytical Skills: Being able to understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
• Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done.
• Listening Skills: Listening to workers, teammates, end user, and management is crucial to an engineer's job.
• Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job.
