Responsibilities:

1. Monitor pool areas and aquatic facilities to ensure the safety of all patrons, employing surveillance techniques and quick response strategies to prevent accidents and emergencies.
2. Perform regular safety checks on lifeguarding equipment, ensuring that all gear is in optimal condition and ready for use during emergencies.
3. Administer first aid and CPR as necessary, utilizing your training to respond effectively to medical emergencies and ensuring the well-being of individuals in distress.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly while promoting a positive atmosphere at the facility.
5. Conduct swimming lessons and safety workshops, sharing your expertise with participants to enhance their skills and knowledge of water safety.
