Massage Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Massage Therapist in Kuwait. This position is specifically for one of the premier sports medicine companies in the region, where you will provide specialized massage therapy services tailored to athletes and active individuals. Your expertise in various advanced techniques will be essential in promoting recovery, enhancing performance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of specialized massage techniques including deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, Graston massage, dry cupping, sports massage, muscle release, and muscle spasm release to address specific client needs.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to create individualized treatment plans that optimize recovery and performance.
3. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space, ensuring all equipment and materials are sanitized and in compliance with health regulations.
4. Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and provide guidance on post-treatment care and recovery strategies.
5. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately to track improvements and adjust techniques as necessary.
6. Collaborate with sports medicine professionals and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients..
7. Adhere to all safety and health protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possesses a valid massage therapy certification from an accredited institution, with specialized training in the techniques mentioned above.
2. Has a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical or sports medicine environment.
3. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
4. Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in assessing and addressing client conditions.
5. Displays a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the specific techniques relevant to sports massage.
