Role Summary The Material Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all material-related activities across the project, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and project requirements.
This role involves evaluating material submissions, conducting inspections, coordinating laboratory testing, and ensuring that all materials used in construction meet the required quality benchmarks.
The engineer will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support successful delivery of infrastructure or building projects.

Identify non‑conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Support value engineering initiatives and recommend alternative materials when appropriate.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve material-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards.
Experience working on large‑scale or complex developments is preferred.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.
). Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
