Job description

Mixologist

We are a people-powered business. So, we’re looking for a Mixologist who brings creativity, flair, and a deep passion for beverage craftsmanship. Someone who can create unforgettable drink experiences through innovative cocktails, exceptional service, and expert knowledge — elevating our bar into a vibrant, memorable destination for guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency.

Designing new drink menus, seasonal specials, and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant and bar concept.

Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and providing personalized drink recommendations.

Preparing garnishes, syrups, infusions, and fresh ingredients to enhance beverage quality.

Ensuring the bar area is fully stocked, organized, and maintained according to hygiene and safety standards.

Operating bar equipment efficiently, including shakers, strainers, blenders, and advanced mixology tools.

Handling cash transactions and POS billing accurately.

Collaborating with the culinary and service teams to create food pairings and beverage promotions.

Training and mentoring bartenders and servers on beverage knowledge, service techniques, and bar standards.

Ensuring compliance with local laws related to alcohol service and maintaining responsible service standards.

What we need from you

High school diploma or certification in Bartending, Mixology, or Beverage Management.

Previous experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or 4- or 5-star hotel.

Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, cocktail techniques, and global beverage trends.

Creativity, showmanship, and attention to detail in presentation and flavor balance.

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a warm, professional attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and manage peak service periods effectively.

Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.

Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
