Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Valet Service, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
6. Prepare reports on efficiency of staff, incidents or accidents and schedules for the staffs.
7. Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, staff performance, and inventory management.
9. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

1. Proven experience in an operations supervisory role or similar position.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
