IT Support Specialist
Jazeera Airways is looking for IT Support Specialist(s) who would be responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, desktop systems, security systems, communications, office systems and hardware/software.
In addition to above, the position is also responsible for first level support of outsourced applications and co-ordinate with service provider to resolve the user problems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle all related matters to Jazeera Terminal enterprise network and system monitoring, management, maintenance and configuration.
- Handle network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail, web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
- Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
- Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
- Plan, implement, and support the network and computing infrastructure plan.
- Support Remote station offices for any IT related problems.
- Support any other software/hardware platform for business.
- Provide IT support for check-in, immigration, customs and security systems.
- Handle CCTV system installation and support.
- Perform any additional IT systems related business work not specifically mentioned in addition to above as necessitated by overall business objectives and requirements of the organization
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support included 2 years in System and Network administration.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, setting up remote access for users and PBX systems.
- Ability to administer a 200+ node network including firewalls, VPN, networked printers and photocopiers, UPS, CCTV etc.
- Ability to provide application level support and vendor co-ordination for user problem resolution
- Ready to work in a different schedule as assigned by Manager and based on the operational needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Have a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
IT Business System Administrator – Corporate Systems
Jazeera Airways is looking for IT Business Systems Administrator – Corporate Systems supports corporate applications and helps business teams use systems effectively. The role includes system administration and basic business analysis activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support and administer corporate systems such as: SAP (Finance, Procurement), SAP SuccessFactors (HR systems), Salesforce, and other airline corporate applications. Also, exposure to SaaS platforms.
- Manage user access and roles, including periodic access checks
- Work with Finance, HR, and Corporate teams to understand requirements
- Gather and document business requirements from various functional stakeholders.
- Support analysis of business processes across airport operations, flight operations, commercial, finance, and corporate functions

Cabin Technical Services Engineer
Jazeera Airways is looking for a Cabin Technical Services Engineer to join our Engineering Services – CAMO team. The role is responsible for providing engineering support for all cabin related technicality including equipment and furnishings, ensuring safety, airworthiness, reliability, and cost-effective operations across the Jazeera fleet.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor fleet cabin configuration changes and maintain accurate technical records.
- Support component acceptance, repairs, overhauls, and warranty claims.
- Provide technical troubleshooting recommendations for cabin equipment and furnishings beyond standard maintenance limits.
- Review and assess Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and OEM technical publications, and determine fleet applicability.
- Issue in-house engineering documents such as Engineering Orders and Technical Circulars.
- Analyze in-service issues and recommend solutions to improve aircraft performance, dispatch reliability, and component effectiveness.
- Coordinate with aircraft and component manufacturers to support ongoing operations.
- Manage cabin condition standards and contribute to effective cabin maintenance programs.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and Part 21J organizations to ensure continuous technical support.
- Actively comply with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of aviation experience in technical services, out of which 3 years in Cabin System Technical Services.
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part M, EASA Part 145, and Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of aircraft technical documentation and regulatory standards.
- Fully conversant in AMOS environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently with sound judgment.
MOCC Controller
Jazeera Airways is looking for MOCC Controller who would be responsible for continuous monitoring of aircraft technical status and ensuring correct short term (24 hours) maintenance planning and AOG recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor all Line Maintenance activities for Jazeera fleet, in respect of Scheduled/unscheduled Line Maintenance, Defect Rectification, AOG's and aircraft rescue.
- Liaise with all relevant departments including Operations Department, Flight Operations, and Maintenance engineering staff, contracted maintenance organizations and Materials department.
- Monitor where necessary, base maintenance activities in order to affect the most efficient fleet operational availability.
- Monitor base maintenance activities in order to communicate the re-introduction of the aircraft to the operational fleet after maintenance.
- Monitor and arrange for maintenance ground time if there is an operational requirement or an opportunity to carry additional routine maintenance.
- When the opportunity arises, arrange for other pending maintenance activity to be performed on an aircraft grounded for unscheduled maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent
- B1/B2 Licensed Engineer with A320 type rating.
- 3-5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience within MCC.
- Time management, team-work, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills especially in English.
AOG Desk Controller
Jazeera Airways is looking for experienced AOG Desk Controller to ensure that all materials requests received for Aircraft on ground are acted upon promptly and involved stakeholders are kept updated on the status of each request.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible with the acquisition of all material requirements for aircraft on ground and critical requirements for defects. To expedited and deliver the parts at the required destination in the shortest time possible as per set quality standards.
- Coordinate the movement of materials and parts through effective liaison with the suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines, MROs, and couriers.
- Maintain and track all progress updates on the computer records and keep a clear chronological of events of the AOG material requirements.
- Attend Fleet Status meetings and update as needed and ensure that departmental procedures are followed.
- Provide a monthly and annual report of AOG material requirements to the Materials Manager, Reliability Engineer, and VP of Engineering.
- Maintain tracking of loan, borrow and robbed parts. Make sure to return all loaned units and deliver the core unit to the supplier on the stipulated time.
- Monitor and make sure all unused materials and equipment used for AOG at outstations are returned as soon as possible.
- Coordinate and monitor all materials shipped directly to an outstation for AOG recovery received in the ERP system.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering/Supply chain or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in AOG Desk in aviation materials and supply chain.
- Knowledge of aircraft parts such as rotable, consumable, and expendable.
- Knowledge in using airline application-based ERP system and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge in AOG freight forwarding and custom clearance process.
- Ability to read and understand contracts and agreements.
