Production In-Charge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production In-Charge to oversee our production operations in Al Kuwait, specifically in the chocolate and chips manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various production machinery, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from raw material handling to final product delivery. You will work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production targets for chocolate and chips are met while maintaining quality standards.
2. Manage and maintain production machinery, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
3. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials for production.
4. Supervise, train, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
5. Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capacity.
6. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
