Reservation Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservation Agent to support the hotel’s reservations function by delivering accurate, efficient, and professional booking services. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong communication skills and experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment.

As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests and partners, ensuring reservations are handled accurately while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining brand service standards.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Handling room reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing new reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately within the property management system.
  • Providing clear information on room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
  • Applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue and conversion.
  • Ensuring all reservation details, special requests, and guest preferences are recorded correctly.
  • Coordinating with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure booking accuracy and availability.
  • Responding professionally to guest inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and market conditions.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, data privacy, and reservation SOPs.

What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or Reservations Executive, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar systems will be an advantage).
  • Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
