Pretty Ballerinas, part of the prestigious Mascaró Group, is a renowned Spanish luxury footwear brand celebrated worldwide for its handcrafted ballet flats worn by celebrities. We are currently looking for one Sales Associate to join our boutique at The Avenues Mall – Kuwait City.

Founded in Spain in 1918, Pretty Ballerinas represents over a century of artisanal excellence. All our shoes are handmade in Menorca, combining timeless elegance, comfort, and femininity.

Skills

🔍 Role Requirements & Skills:

  • Languages: Arabic (mandatory) + fluent English
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in luxury footwear or premium fashion retail
  • Excellent grooming, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy: POS system, email handling, tablets
  • Stockroom and inventory skills: receiving goods, managing stock levels, basic merchandising
  • Familiarity with The Avenues Mall – Al-Rai or the Farwaniyah area is a plus
  • Motivation, fashion sense, and ability to represent a premium European brand
