Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Hawali, Kuwait. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

1. Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
10. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to inform inventory and marketing strategies.
11. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong sales abilities.
