Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

  • Actively promote TVs and mobile devices to customers in retail outlets.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers to drive sales.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase functionality and value.

Merchandising and Display:

  • Ensure products are displayed attractively and adequately stocked.
  • Keep the promotional area clean and organized.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Provide daily or weekly sales reports to the management.
  • Share customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Female candidate, presentable and energetic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and gadgets is highly desirable.
  • Kuwait based - Transferable residency is a must.
  • The role is based at showroom workplace- client site.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2/- years in the same role.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: KD 240
  • Performance-based incentives: KD 240
