- Workflow Architecture: Redesign and optimize end-to-end business processes to ensure they are physically logical and customer-centric before mapping them into the ERP environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using standard SAP functionality or approved add-ons, ensuring maximum return on investment for the ERP landscape.
2. Technical Administration & Data Governance
- System Configuration: Maintain the technical health of the SAP Business One environment, including the configuration of user authorizations, form settings, and master data management.
- Development & Automation: Utilize SAP HANA/SQL to develop advanced queries and stored procedures. Deploy B1 Usability Package (B1UP) configurations to create validation rules that prevent user error and enforce data accuracy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain a suite of Crystal Reports and Dashboards that provide real-time visibility into critical operational KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
3. Organizational Governance & Change Management
- Compliance Enforcement: Act as the gatekeeper of process integrity. Assertively challenge non-compliant behaviors and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.

Skills

- Supply Chain Logic: In-depth knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Demand Forecasting, and Procurement logic.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HANA SQL scripting (Stored Procedures, Views, Transaction Notifications).
