Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director plays a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our food service brands. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to produce compelling designs that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a passion for the food industry. As a key member of our creative team, you will oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all visual elements align with our brand's vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative design concepts for marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive branding.
  3. Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and consumer preferences.
  4. Present design ideas and concepts to the team, incorporating feedback into final designs.
  5. Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
  6. Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  8. Utilize design software and tools to create visually appealing graphics.
  9. Evaluate the effectiveness of design campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Supervise and aid in photo and video production by ensuring set-ups are consistent with our brands' visual identity.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in graphic design and art direction, preferably in the food service industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  7. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
  8. Understanding of print and digital production processes.
  9. Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
