Develops and maintains project schedules for Powerplant, desalination plants and related water infrastructure. Ensures EPC activities (civil, mechanical, electrical, and process systems) are tracked and controlled to meet project timelines.
Prepare and control baseline schedules for Powerplant or Desalination projects
(RO, SWRO, intake/outfall).
• Establish detailed WBS and activity networks considering EPC sequencing.
• Track procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to update schedules.
• Develop progress measurement systems and weightage distribution.
• Generate progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for management.
• Assist in claim preparation and delay analysis reports for time extensions.
• Coordinate with client and consultants on schedule submissions and clarifications.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 7-12 years' experience in Powerplant, desalination or water treatment projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, progress measurement methodologies, and EOT claims.
• Strong understanding of Powerplant, desalination process sequencing and critical path activities.
• Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
