Administrative Assistant
Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon - Full Time
Presentail is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing office supplies, and organizing files Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail Provide support for executives and team members as needed Help with data entry and maintaining records Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as necessary Assist with events and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
