We're looking for an experienced Architect or Interior Architect for Project Management (PM) position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the design scope, ensuring tasks align with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, schedule meetings, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress, follow up on pending items, and support the commercial team in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Manage daily emails, track action items, and ensure timely responses with clients and internal / external teams.
  • Organize project files, deliverables, and documentation to maintain accurate and accessible records.
  • Support the design team by coordinating approvals, preparing meeting summaries, and ensuring design requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and maintaining schedules, milestones, and deadline commitments across multiple projects.
  • Assist in preparing agreements, RFPs, and other project-related documents in coordination with the PM and management team.
  • Prepare weekly project reports, briefings, and updates for internal and client review.
  • Support in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential issues related to project management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to help resolve project issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
